450+ km/h with escudo, i dont really care about top speed it doesnt help you on other tracks except super speedway and the test course

well if you set you gear ratios all the way to the left there is no top speed and there are some courses with long strait aways a fast car is also good and nice speed with the escoudo

ok what about if you are close to wining but they are a bit ahead of you on a strait away and if you get to the weelie you get speed very fast and may win with that weeilie as a normal car would not

but if you have the wheelie set up you cannot choose where to use it, there is almost no chance of you having comeback from behind with a setup like this on a track with a huge straight.

ok yes you have a good point but like the gt one race car it weelies at about 210 mp/h and it gets there fast at 1350 hp and should be able to pass them very quickly

If you ever ever run across this situation, let me know. I really can't see it ever happening.

The TS020 is a good car, but you will hardly ever need it except in one or two series. Otherwise it just creams the competition. Where's thje sport in that?

I would also be very intrested in hearing about this situation, because i do not beleive it is possible when you are going to be creaming the competition the whole race.

i know that you will destroy the other cars but like in the gran turismo all stars the cars are very fast and a gt one is a good car to use and i only one because of the weehlie on one of the races by 2. something seconds, otherwise yes the gt one is basicly for the look and super speed

To get the wheelie to work, you basically have to destroy the handling of the car totally. It would understeer like a sow under nearly all conditions, unless the front wheels are off the ground - in which case it becomes totally ballistic.

If you just adjust it for decent handling instead, you will lunch the competition with ease.

Ok i see how you only just won this race. Racing on a course like SSR11 and having the wheelie setup would mean you have no steering and acceleration and you were most likely crashing into alot of walls.

Earlier on you said that some people are not that good and rely on pure speed, say you take your gt1 and give it the stock settings you will find your self getting faster times around a track, also having the car with as much power as it can get isnt always the best option and im guessing you have your gt1 at roughly 1200 hp?

I have raced my R390 GT1 race car stock in this series and not come out victor but the racing was very close and i had to be at my best the whole time, im still working towards that win of the pro al stars with a stock R390, and when you do win makes it so much more sweeter knowing you raced at your best:p

Na i like being able to turn when i race.

P.S can some body tell why, even when i post somethign that like 1 line long, my box is huge :odd: or is it just me that see's it like that.

Edit: wait never mind i think i figured it out, maybe cos of my avater :O

well its benn nice and we have both proved a good point about weeilies and how they are good and how they are bad but its 12:30 am and i need to go play GT3
