In my race to get gold in the International B, I was looking at the demonstration for test 4 (I think), and I found this:

Strange isn't it?

I looked all over the forum and didn't find anything, so I made this thread to announce it. I would like to know if everyone else has this on their demonstration or if it was just for their first release of GT2. I would also like to know if this happens on other tests.

That is strange. Normally it would just fail you for going in the grass. Is that what you are doing there? Can't tell.

But like I said, normally it would just say "FAIL"...it shouldn't bother to say out of course. The only other place I can think of is at Motorsport land, where you can get outside the course very easily...but even before you leave the track it starts saying "out of course".

This wasn't me driving. It was the actual demonstration for the test. When it got into the grass, the car stopped and stayed there for the remaining 20 seconds. But it has happened to me before and I finished it without a problem.
 
That is weird, never experience something like that. Especially when you see demo replay. You use some kind of cheat? maybe tire traction cheat?

This wasn't me driving. It was the actual demonstration for the test. The car was in that same spot when it got into the grass and was like that for about 20 seconds. But it has happened to me before and I finished it without a problem.

Okay, I did some research and have bad news for you. Your playstation is basically possessed and you may need an exorcist. Either that or a new playstation. Make sure you get it blessed by some sort of shaman before you play again.

Parnelli is most likely right. It reminds of a foreshadow from Driver 2: in replay mode the game would randomly stop doing what actually happened in the replay and make it up as if I was actually playing the game. Soon after my PSOne (little one) blew up by melting (literally).
 
I did this on an ePSXe (thanks for showing me the emulator). I will not be playing GT2 on any other system now. I haven't used any cheats yet.
