I got a problem

When i start my game i lost it all and when chek on save game data on ps3 dashboard. The gt5 file says. Corrupted file can i get my game back or just lost all?

Yeah, that happened to me with GTAiV after I had already gotten about 90% completion. Horrible feeling!
