No. Then she'll think you felt the previous idea was actually bad and that you were lying about it. In my opinion, the best response would be "this new idea is fantastic." If she asks about the previous one, you respond with "it was a great idea too, but this one just seems to suit us better" or something equally vague and positive.

If you say "yes, it is great" she assumes you didn't like the previous one, and well, you know you can't say "I'm not really fond of it" because then she'll regret getting it cut at all.
