I got in trouble in school the other day...

I got in trouble in my geometry class the other day and the old thumb gave me 100 sentences they say "I will make a diligent effort to use class time wisely in order to maximize my learning oppurtunities." It sucked having to do them...The old thumb didnt have a sense of humor...
 
Dear me, do they still make teachers like that?

Lucky for me, I work for an educational supply company, I can ask that tomorrow as my Bizzare Saturday Question.
 
Yup 2 out of my 4 classes have teachers like that...I have a old lady we call Stump that shes like 80 years old and a hunch back and shes like 4 feet tall and the Thumb he has a sideways mullet when he doesnt plaster it to the top of his head...
 
Yeah it sucks. I dont remember making those things. My mom obligated me to do that. Usually the school just sent the notificiations. Boy those notifications do suck!!! They were always overreacting...
 
Knowing my parents they would work me to death in that week...Its worth a few minutes of torture but not a week of it...
 
Ha, if I got suspended, my parents would disown me. Unless it was for something stupid. This one time my 8th grade teacher gave me after school detension because she told me to wash the board and I didn't hear her. She sent me to the principal's office for defiance! My parents didn't care then because it was stupid.
 
I've been OSS(Out of School Suspended) 2 times I think...8th grade both of them. My parents didn't do anything. Over here at the Maz house, we don't get grounded. We get stuff taken away if that, but usually we don't do anything bad.

So I ended up staying home playing PS2(this was right after I got PS2, like in January 2000 or around there) and watching TV...went a few places with my mom too, and one day stayed with my dad at work for a couple of hours.

If I ever get ISS, I will ask what I can do to get OSS instead. I couldn't care less if it's on my record.

My teachers aren't bad at all though...well my Bio 1 teacher is like 55(looks 65, while my mom is almost 50 and looks younger) and she teaches like we are a bunch of kindergardeners. She talks like "How are we all today" and "this test is very easy I'm sure you will just blash right through it" and crap like that.

My Spanish teacher is strict though, but funny too. She's from Spain and it's hard to make out her English, but like this one kid keeps playing around and she says "Demarco!"(that's his name) and he goes "My bad" and she's like "It is your bad, it not my bad I did nothing wrong" and it's funny, but since I have that class at the end of the day, and since I keep quiet through most of the day, I don't participate and she's talked to me about that and crap but I don't care.

You need to switch schools Skater...
 
In my 11 years of schooling(I'm in 10th grade + kindergarden) I've been suspended around 5 times...several in 5th grade, and several in 8th grade.

The worst was when this kid punched me in the stomch...I flipped my chair and I was in total pain, so I said something to the effect of "I'm gonna go home, get a butcher knife, and come back up here and cut your head clear off"("your" cause I was yelling at the kid) and then the teacher(well more than one) heard it and thought that I would actually do that.

Another time was during an inschool volleyball game against some students and some staff...Me and a freind were sitting on these stairs were we weren't supposed to, and this other teacher(this mean art teacher) started yelling at us. I was pissed at her already cause she gave me lunch detentions when I was in her class the year before. So I said "we aren't your students, don't boss us around. No go away and take care of your class, thank you" and she got pissed, so she was walking me out of the gym, me ahead of her, and I made a run for it while most of the kids there were watching me. Made it out of the gym, got tripped, got back up, and ran around the school and into a bathroom. Took them a while to find me, and then I was put in the ISS room till the end of the day, and then got OSS for 2 days.

I was actually quite popular after that stunt...

Our schools discipline is absolute crap, you only get suspended if you caught 'dealing' marijuana, not if you're caught smoking it. If you get caught smoking it, you have 2 choices, go through drug rehebilation (sp) or go to another school, the BOT decides which one and 9 times out of 10 they get rehebilation, it sucks.
Although last year there was a senior (6th form/ 12th grade. I think) * was perving on one of the P.E teachers while she was having a shower when they went on a trip to a recreation centre somewhere. :p:p

And the results are in!

A few teachers just love to see kids do nothing fdor the sake of nothing. What's funny is when they allow them to use the computer to do it. I had a typing (mind you, it was a typewriter-typing class!) teacher whom I cheesed off one year, and she made me type over and over again some lousy paragraph. It was gibberish, which made it worse.

So the next time around, she said I could do it on a "word processor" instead. Idiot...but she didn't like it when I read Car & Driver magazines instead of class work.

I blame all authority mess-ups on Honda.
 
LOL doug she did drive a Civic, and oddly rear ended a parked bus lol!
 
Don't ask me, I just saw the aftermath. She was dumb as hell to begin with.
 
There was an accident at the parking lot on Friday. A black accord hit a yellow lancer. The lancer was parked. :confused:
The girl driving the accord hit the clutch and not the brakes :rolleyes:
