I just lost a 1988 ticket!

Ok so someone sent me a 1988 ticket, I got it, I used it, I got a Nissan Silvia. I was trying to get the Jaguar XJR-9, so I tried to reload it, but it was gone, along with the Silvia.

What happened?

You should have made an backup! of the savedata of the game..

Maybe the Silvia is a Standard car? did you lookt there?

What happened?

Did you backup your save, then receive your ticket, and eventually restore that save? Well, if so, that's what happened. What you should have done is first receive that ticket, make sure it has saved, and then backup your save. Then you can keep restoring that save for as many times as it takes to get that car, because you've saved that ticket.

I did backup my save. The Silvia was standard, and I looked there and it wasn't there.

@doctorrg: I think I made a backup file when it was in the gift section on my profile. Would that do the same thing as what you said?

you need to receive the gift. then back up your save. then try to open your ticket. if you dont like it reload your save

When its in your gift section its online, once you receive it, it becomes part of your save on your console
