I use 13. I used to have Triskaidekaphobia but when my wife started working for Lucky 13 Apparel I decided I had to get over it. I now try to use 13 whenever I can: car number, volume level, etc.

I use 17. Thats my daughters birthday plus that number has other special significance for me.

I use 17 as well. Only because it was my jersey number of most my uniforms when I played sports when I was much younger. Its my favorite number.

I usually set the number for the litreage of the engine in the car. For example 5552cc / 5.6L (VK) would be side #56....or 2568cc / 2.6L (RB) would be side #26. Most cars like the R34 TC with a mystery displacement I guess on...usually the RB26 would be bored to 2.8L to pull 500hp so I set the side # to 28.
