yeah there is a humungo parking lot over here too. i think its leftover from an old k-mart megaplex thing. there arent any poles or medians in the way either....its just a huge lot of flat concrete.

im sure an event like that (gymkhana, is it called?) could be done very effectivley over here.

gymkhana isn't a drift event, it is like an autocross except you have to drift to be able to get a good time. there are cones and lines like having to do 360 spins, 720 spins, 180 degree turns, and so forth. it is timed and it will test your driving ability. I've seen videos of it and it is very interesting.


if I can pull off this drift day thing, I will look into hosting a gymkhana event as well(but that will be in a couple of years ).
