i need a car to outrun...

to outrun my dads fully modded cien,me and my dad are very competitive :D but down the la sarthe straight he blows the doors off everything i run( i can only use road cars) so does anyone know a road car that will outrun my dads cien? so then i can say nananananana :dopey: he thinks i cant outrun it,ill show him if u guys help thanks.
 
Speed 12. With a modded Cien against a stock Speed 12, it might be a nice battle. But if you mod it and beat him, he might do the same, but tweak the settings in his favor.
 
A Speed 12 will need TCS set on at a low level and a rear wing with rear downforce set high, the supercharger upgrade isn't needed. This car will beat the Cien in a straight line stock and with the wing it will corner faster without many problems too. The Cien isn't THAT good really, it's a great fast car that you ca get early but cars like the ZZ-II and R390 road car can be tuned to beat a fully tuned Cien as well.
 
i managed to get a fully modded 3000gt VR4 (found in the used car lots) to 270mph by just adjusting the gear ratio's, i think i just set the auto to the highest. Also if your using nos set that to the highest setting usually 50 or 70 and a lot of cars will hit around the 270-290 mark including vipers and the gt's. Also with the 3000GT VR4 the acceleration is amazing with super soft racing tyres and theres no need for traction control. Anouther one worth trying is the tommi kiara <sp? ZZII which can be brought for 500,000 at the dealer, and is practically a race car without the livery.

The 3000GT won't corner fast enough, the ZZ-II seems to work miracles sometimes.
 
Use the ZZ-II, you'll have him for breakfast. Or if you really want to show off, tweak the NSX-R concept road version.......mmmm......burnt toast.

The Speed 12 could probably do it and I'm sure there are several that could win with if modded out.

But there is one other car that could be left stock and still beat the Cien:
The Nardo.
 
To my knowlege (European Version) the Caddy Cien is the unlockable for the beginner cittia di aria rally. I personally hate it, ramming tactics won't work against the Cien if you try and play dirty, it's too sodding heavy.

I've gotta try taking mine down the Mulsanne straight some time.. highest I've gotten is maybe 240 on the practice course. :ouch:
