So this is a two part question 1st which overall sim handels the most like I Racing and 2nd which NASCAR game is the most like I Racing?

NASCAR Racing 2003 Season is your best bet for both questions. Since iRacing is based off the code of that game, you'll find it pretty close to the real thing.

Yeah, it should be completely fine. No problems here, I have Windows 10, GTX960, 8 GB of RAM, AMD FX-6300, runs like a charm.

There is an entire thread in the sub-forum to IRacing questions that you could have asked this on without a new thread, and you would have probably got more answers from the veteran players. They have a great knowledge for the game. Should try asking there to be honest.

I just Googled "Papyrus iRacing". I had no idea the two were linked. NR2003 is what got me hooked on motorsports sims.
