Steward report

There have been a few incidents under investigation, but conclusion is no further action.

All in all very clean with some incidents no one really gained nothing from.

OP updated.

Its close for 5th place :dunce: Its something worht fighting for 💡
I like to have a challenge from that.

Funny thing is i have beated Arkano 4 times out of 5 races and i still have less points :scared:

And almost all teams are close together. It will be a long season. I think the point-system was a good idea to change. If i may say...:)

I have a question:
How does the "drop your 2 worst results" rule apply to the team championship, if at all?

I guess at the end after everyones points are adjusted we just add teammates points and get the final team points .

I think

Despite my really bad result yesterday we managed 2nd place in the team for the race! Well done Sken

Fixed leader board.

The numbers showing position wasn't correct

That's correct Maxitsu, I don't see the importance of making the leader board for teams into a calculation in the end. I will focus on getting the drivers leader board correct.

Pore team TAKATA with only one driver, and team Xanavi who got a dropping out driver. Got replaced now, but who is winning from the manufacturers isn't something I give much priority.

And if a team want to win, put the cars on track.. I know we are flexible with two dropouts in the drivers list, but we still want cars on track, lots of them. The more the merrier.

2 races being dropped is to much i think. 100% active drivers get punished for there good work. I understand it if someone can't make it once or/and gets disconnected for a other race. The lucky ones who have 2 bad races are the ones who will climb in the leaderboards at the end. Its some how a bit unfair. But i drive for fun in the first place, on the other hand i like it to be fair also and i love statistics so...

Anyway, there are 3 good reason to show up at the last races even if your championship is over
- Becaus you like racing
- Becaus you have two races to drop, but you can still take points from other drivers.
- Becaus its fair to all other drivers who are still fighting for championship position.

I remember us end the season in season 1 whit 6 drivers, its something i would't like to have again.

In my opinion if you sign-up for a championship(12races) you are supposed to drive the entire championship. Or atleast to do your best to make it happen. So far i am happy everybody seems to be active, I really enjoy racing whit you guys. I hope this stays for a while. 👍

I forgot one thing in our steward report.

Those who went the wrong way during the qualify get a warning. I hope I don't see that again. Not even on the Nurburgring24h.

Actually I vote for a one hot lap qualify on Nurburgring24h.

outlap 8 minutes ++
hotlap 8 minutes
inlap 8 minutes ++
outlap 8 minutes ++
hotlap 8 minutes

= 40 minutes ++.

Thats ok for me

Dropping only one race out of twelve rounds seems more unfair to me. Everyone signs up to race twelve races, but what's to say you won't disconnect in two races even if you make it to all twelve?

You aren't really punished for doing well, plus it's extra motivation to do well ;)

I'm not sure, I did a 2:14 with no real focus on hot lap. So I guess 2:12 is possible or 2:11 if you push on low fuel.

Saw a df gt wheel for the first today , I didn't realize it didn't have a clutch pedal

Can you guys tell me a good medium time at Spa ?

Actually I can't improve my 2:14 time, today I'm on 2:15, maybe I need a Red Bull.
Practice room open (dry) I go out to buy myself a Red Bull drink, I stay in the room so if I'm not kicked out by PD, room is ready to drive in.

ICGTC lounge as usual.

Oh and I forgot how awesome the track is, haven't been here since the championship cup we were in.

I be there in a moment.

My first practise laps gave me laps of 1:14's. I forgot to remove my ballast, and did not a oil change. I am very sure i can easly do 1:13's in my next session.

Really need to practise for spa but my mate sat on the chair I use for racing and I have nothing to replace it with at the moment...

Ordered a new one which I should have in a couple of days so I will join you guys for practise then.

so I need to aim about the 2.14 lap time I take it. Wonder how close I can get seeing as i don't think I have ever raced on spa.

Oh, used to put in "1:" before the 'seconds' :)

Well you got some ballast. Ballast seems to be heavy in spa, atleast for me. At Tokyo it didn't had a effect on my car, atleast nothing to bad. I also had a best of 2:14.9 but immediately when i removed my 10kg the car felt a lot diffrent. Compared to Erik's time i was 4 tenths down first sector (i did take the first corner bad). after sector 2 i was 3 tenth in front of him. I did crashed in the third sector though. I also need some oil some extra horsepower on the straight could be usefull :)

But its still early on the week skendigi. Last week i couldn't do any good. No speed, bad tyrewear, a bad track for me, no balance in the car. So i started on "0" again. My car back at stock settings. And i did hundreds of laps on friday and saturday to get it right & finnaly got my tune.

Just saying: practise makes perfect.
