Ideas for new seasonal events

I would like to see a seasonal Time Trial open to only one class of race car. For example- only Group C cars at Suzuka, just GT500 cars at Tokyo R246 etc.
I also like the idea of a seasonal race or TT open only to the RM (race-modifiable cars).

Spa, Monza, Suzuka are coming up. Anything but 2J, FGT, x2010/11 allowed. What is a good way to dequal the 2J?

A BMW Series

520 PP BMW M: Autumn Ring mini Time Trial
Gold: Cr.250,000 Silver: Cr.150,000 Bronze: Cr.100,000
Tires: Comfort Soft or less

650PP Fuji Speedway (no Racecars allowed)
Gold: Cr.250,000 Silver: Cr.150,000 Bronze: Cr.100,000
Tires: Racing Medium or less

Muscle Cars new VS old with at least 10 laps and 600pp and STANDING STARTS like the old days!!!!!!!

I would like a le mans type cars seasonal, something where I could drive cars like the r89c or mazda 787b, I bought my 787b about a month ago and it has less than 20 miles on it and has never been raced. These low PP races are getting old, we need some unlimited tuning races.

How Bout some Drift and TT Series (5 each) With one of the Drift events a 1 Make Full Course (reasonable course like Tsukuba orSuzuka east) With 2 out of three best scoring attempts counting for gold.

Weather effected TT

Manufacturer or Region exclusive Racing series with a newly designed Prize car ticket. Example European Race Series Lvl 10, European Car Ticket level 10 Cars, all years.

I would like a high difficulty NASCAR 5 race A-spec seasonal on all the tracks in the game that NASCAR has raced on IRL. Daytona, Indy, Motegi, Suzuka East and Fuji 90's, with a high enough lap count for pit stops (tire wear and fuel on obviously).

I'm not a fan or NASCAR, and I would still enjoy that over what we are getting.

I would like to see an endurance-ish race included. It doesn't have to be huge, just ... something over 20 laps as one of the events. A series would be great, say GT500 with a PP limitation, but anything out of the current rutt would be welcomed. Even the same-same-old but with a grid start (qualifying would be even better) would be somewhat refreshing.

Why wouldn't PD have implemented these already? What software limitation is stopping them from having grid starts to races? And do they just assume that no-one is interested in doing more than 5 lap seasonal events (10 lap F1)?

Ten 15 laps of lemans in LMP cars DTM or 1 make Audi LMS car with weather Day to Night option would be a game changer maybe, or hows about every 2 weeks we get an endurance seasonal, 20 minutes long by Default.

No K cars invited
2J legal with other A.I. Controlled 2Js
SuperSpeed event at SSRX for the RedBulls only
Regional BI weekly breakdown every event, for example;
Europe1st including Australia though not european continent
Japan Enduro 2nd
USA Enduro 3rd
Since Eifel has weather, this Created Course could be chosen to makeup for shortage of element affected circuits. Toscana has Day to Night, but is not a favorite course, however if implemented correctly its presence couldn't hurt.

I think they should have two events in particular:

1. A German sports car challenge for cars up to 500PP. There are plenty of Audis, BMWs, and Mercs so I think that'd be fun. Tyre selection limited to Sport Soft.

2. Japanese sports sedan challenge. No 2-doors allowed!

I wouden't mind for an endurance challenge on Spa de francorchamps.
With gt cars up to 550pp.

I'd like to see:

1. More seasonals for just race cars
2. A Red Bull X2010 seasonal featuring the courses in the Special Event
3. A snow/dirt seasonal
4. A drift trial and time trial with more than two races (at least 3)

I hope there would be more evening, night and weather events. Even snow racing.

More races for classic muscle cars, classic GT cars and longer events.
20 laps at Le Mans in dusk and random weather would be fun.

Simple: A GT3OO Event. These cars have been ignored in Aspec, why?

I think they should add a performance related bonus ie top 250 get 10or 20 million credits Its a lot of work to obtain just 1million credits

Im a little tired of this seasonal. I would like to see more races for manufactures, for exemple, like the others Gran Turismo. Exemple, a seasonal only for Nissan, and we have a race only with Nissan GT-R, other only with Skyline, or one only with Honda, and races only with S2000, or Civic, etc...
Other think i would like to see new its the place we start the race. I dont like this system, we start everytime at last and we dont start stoped. We start everytime in race. And put more laps for the people play wit strategy, like change tires. A race with 10 laps, and we have to do a strategy to change the tires on the right lap to win.
And penalties for beat in other cars shortcuts on the laps, like in online.
And finally, i would like to see more rally, more rally, more rally. This GT5 dont have much rally.

PD should incorporate leader boards into the seasonal races eg total race time leader board in a similar fashion to time trials. This would be interesting because you'd have to take into consideration getting around traffic with your tuning.

Single car model, no tuning events so no one can take advantage of tuning tricks and the playing field is perfectly level.
TT's with multiple target times/pp levels.
TT's with no aids whatsoever allowed, including ABS.
Separate leaderboards and rewards for no ABS/no aids lap times.
Higher rewards for beating the target times on lower grip tires.

...

If PD aren't going to let us do a standing start they could at least have dual file for the rolling start. That would reduce the poll position car's lead by 50%

Even better, why not have 'qualifying' events to determine your starting place? They could run that event for a week, then run the race, and go back and forth like that with different tracks, keeping a tally of your points like an actual season. They could have longer races that require actual pit stops, and have performance-effecting damage that require you to spend points to repair your car, buy tires, fuel, new technology, all that stuff.

Then, at the end of the season, make the grand prize something like 10 million credits or a bunch of cars?

I think I just had an idea for a new game... No one steal that!

That would certainly be an improvement over what we have now.

Five race Nascar seasonal, expert level, unlimited pp, using Daytona and four road courses, and $1million prize for winning each race.

A rally five race seasonal would be nice too, using only rally cars, no street cars allowed. I don't remember ever having a rally seasonal race.
