F1king, the transmissions are not american made, I know that much. I will have to go back in all my information and find the details specifically... But let us not turn this into a GT40 thread. We can do that later Actually, I think the tranny is Renault. At least the original was anyway. Where is Renault again...
i would have said GT40 in place of the oreca, but damn, the new GT40 looks sooo ****ing sweet! and it sounds like its gonna be a blast on the road. i hope to see that puppy enter some races.
I'm gonna have to say that the GT40 is pretty much American and so would have to require the new GT40 for the states (and the Shelby Cobra, of course, if the newer GT40 doesn't make it into prod.).
For overseas, ever since GT1 I've wanted a skyline so I'd have to go with maybe a v-specII R34 or Nismo 400R to keep things street legal, etc... not sure of the legal issues overseas
Course, maybe I would want to select a track-only car...
