A 1969 Charger, Evernham Red, Side-exit exhaust, American Racing "Vector" 10-spoke wheels, 750HP 426 Hemi set up to run on Ethyl Alcohol, stage 3 lightening, Rigidity increase, and my own full compliment of tires for any situation.

I'd be something you'd expect something out of, but not THAT much. I'd sound terrific, look terrific, if a little Rural, (Same make, model, year, and Wheels as the General Lee) and i'd go fast. I'd school the new kids, show them how to drive, drift, dream. And, I'd give 'ol Lightning McQueen a heart attack when I zipped by. on the outside. sideways. on a mountain road.

But i'd help people. I'm not a snobbish car, no Mercedes, a good 'ol American boy with down-home values. but i'm not one to shun Technonogy. and I wanna go as fast as possible. Hence, all of my modifications. and I'll help the kids modify themselves right.

(of course, I was born in 1986, so, I'm not folowing the "year you were born" rules.)

Rogue: yup. got the parts catalogue to prove it :P

Dreamer: keep dreaming. it's all I got to do, nowadays, in this damn "female minority over forty with a Ph. D." hiring world. i got three cars sitting here rotting away to nothing for a couple hundred bucks in parts cause I can't get a job outside of hauling Amish around, can't get "help" from the state or the government, my relatives, or my better half [/rant] sigh. sorry, this damn sitting around, waiting for everybody else to think of something OTHER than work is getting to me.

High-Test: who'd wanna be a Biscayne?...'cept one with a big block shoehorned into it, with a mile high blower, chopped and dropped...
oops, looks like I'm showing my age :P

there's no established rule, it's just my version of "common sense" coming up...otherwise, i'd be a turboed to death Silvy :P

I'd even be a Biscayne with the lowly Stovebolt and 3 on the tree. Then I could get really[/] tempermental with people who rub me the wrong way.:trouble:

I'd like to be like a Camaro or Trans Am but I'm more like a WRX where I'm quick off the line, have some good speed and am agile enogh to keep up through corners.

High-Test: and run them over, eh?

better yet, try a 58 Plymouth Fury >;)

silencer: not me...I keep getting added sandbags to in the trunk :P

I'd be a TVR 350C with all the non HP raising mods exept a NA tune stage 3

No.. Not Christine, I'd be "Biscuit". And I'd bake people until they were golden brown and flaky...

Oh.. Wait.

Great book, Christine is. If you though Christine was something, read 'From a Buick 8", by Stephen King.

Hi: you notice Stevie-poo gives us Pennsylvanians TWO haunted cars?. if he wants to scare us, make it a runaway PENNDOT truck :P

if your ever coming through the keystone state...bring a book. you'll be sitting through hours of road construction or mile long supply trains :P

Well, I guess that I would be a 1962 Ford Thunderbird, with a Holley double-pumper in place of the stock Autocraft carb.
I would also have aftermarket A/C, and Stereo by Jensen or Pioneer.

I could be a large, old, impractical, but very neat car. The A/C and stereo being concession to the present and comfort.

Anyone feel like drawing these? I kinda do....

I'd like to try Hi-Test as the Biscayne. What color do you wanna be, Hi-Test?

EDIT: nevermind...white with a little rust it is!

Race Idiot

I'd like to announce something.

I AM ACTUALLY GOING TO DRAW SOME OF THE CHARACTERS DESCRIBED IN THIS THREAD!!!

If you'd like a car drawn, send me a P.M., and BE DESCRIPTIVE! not just about the car, but about the character BEHIND the car. I'll only take three requests, perhaps more if I feel like it.

These will be gonig up on my deviantART, and will have a little backstory, hence why I want you to be descriptive.

Currently started

Jim the Charger - Lineart complete
Hi-Test ("Cranky") the Biscayne - lineart complete
Req 1: Benzoboy the E63 AMG ("The Benz")

EDIT: THat's all i'll do on this site for now, as i've got my DA, SA, and other fourm wiht request threads, too.

Sniffs
(is there a motorhead in here age only 11 or 12?)

:Ahem!:

I'd probably be a E63 AMG, because I'm powerful yet sensitive. And most of all...

I'm so damn sexy!

...I was just reading that Mr. Jeremy Clarkson plays a role in the U.K. version of "Cars." Whats he gonna do, pick on the American ones?

BTW: Do they even have anything like NASCAR in the UK?

Wonder what car I'd be I'm tall dunno what that cud mean?? But I'm stubborn, quiet usually but can be very loud and i'm wild and uncontrollable oh and nothing special to look at and quite fast and extremely reliable and always stand out at house parties well by the end when i do stupid things lol anyone any ideas what car I would be? :scared:

YSSMAN

The closest thing to NASCAR might be the BTCC (British Touring Car Championship), except for a couple of things:

1) They turn right much more often, and not 93.6% oval tracks.
2) They actually look like road-going cars (not just mimic them).
3) The series has only half the organizer/sanctionning body manipulation of NASCAR.
4) I'm sure there's more.

-------------

I'm going to be honest; I'm a '74 Ford Mustang II.

- Made in America
- Has it's father's name.
- Didn't live up to its creator's expectations.
- Funny looking.
- Not very powerful.
- Slightly overweight.
- Not very popular.

I liked myself more when I likened myself to a GS 300.

probably a koenigsegg- because one minute i can be nice and greeting, but annoy me and i'll slice your head off

but then again, i have alot more emotions than that. hmmm, a koenigsegg maybe a bit vein for me but-ah well

pupik: yup, same exact situation, here, as you, but i'm BIGGER than my parents.

NASCAR™ is particular to americans for some reason. even the press makes jokes about no right turns, tho that's the way the guys running the country seem to lean; to the right :P

Prower: how are the pics coming?

well, I've just opened the floodgates for a WHOLE lot more requests, (see main post) so I won't be able to take any more on this site, for now. However, I do plan on progressing with those I do have already later today if possible. I do have some outstanding art trades I still have to finish, too.

I'd be a Rover 800 because I'm based on the Honda Legend and my interior turns green in strong sunlight.

I like this.

I would more than likely end up a 1969 Charger. I'm reasonably inconspicuous, Gothic (so my colour would have to be black), freaking quick off the line, but I run out of breath quickly (Asthmatic....make that a 440 with a close ratio four-speed). I'm not wanted by everyone, but the popular concentious finds me attractive and easy on the eyes. I wasn't that greatly taken care of, so I'm a little rough around the edges, but I'm happy. ;)

Id say id be close to a 67 Shelby GT500,

everyone knows who i am when they see me, i can talk the talk but have the power to walk the walk. Also got those classic lines that never loose there touch

Well, let's see...I think I'm going to go ahead and be boring by choosing to be my favorite car. However, I think there are enough parallels, anyway...

I am the USDM 2.3L E30 M3!
