Yes that is the IGN you are thinking about. I have no Idea how they got into car reviews unless they drive autocross or something else which i doubt. They probably are driving riced out cars and they think they know everything about cars.

ACTUALLY, you couldn't be more wrong. The folks there are more interested in the vehicle itself over ricing it out. YES, they do have a few tuner projects - namely the now dead rb26dett-silvia conversion and another one. Both cars are being built to be run hard but are also going to compete in shows. Their reviews are generally pretty good as well and are more based around their experiences in driving the vehicle than they are about their stats. Yea, they go to import events and tuner shows and all the other crap but it's not as bad as you're saying...

they've done their fair share of reviews and they've been doing them for ages now. They're not half bad - most of their reviews are basically journals of what they noticed during the 5 days they got to drive the cars.
