It could be a shuffle race where the driver doesnt really have much of a choice.. or luck

Image>Adjustments>Desaturate
Image>Adjustments>Color Balance>Major green
Filters>Distort>Video,Striped
Filters>Blur>Pixelize, 2px size
Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur 2px size
Image>Adjustments>Curves, make it so the image is a lot brighter.
Done.

I like this idea, so I made one myself following these steps. 👍

Yeah i think its a shuffle race going on here, as are many of the other pics i reckon. I quite enjoyed the one time i was in a shuffle race on this track, i had to slipstream like crazy to not get dropped from the lead group, the top 8 finished within a second of eachother
