Try to get a level 23 ticket or a Birthday 1991 ticket and redem until you get the Mazda 787B.
I got mine after 12-15 attempts (about 1 hour work).

1 USB stick and you make a backup of your save game before you try the ticket.
If the ticket gives the wrong car, close GT5 and restore the backup..
Repeat until your lucky.

You can do the same before sending out a car/ticket to somebody.

It is like a zip file.....

Yes, it's buyable ... but only when you have the cash (nearly 6 million).
So redeem a ticket is much cheaper .... only time needed and a ticket.
But you are definitely right.
