I'm wrong, cars on kart tracks are apparently awesome.

With anything other than a gokart this track is like driving a monster truck on a roller rink.

I can see why PD made it karts only initially. Nothing else with the exception maybe of the caterham should ever be driven here.

I have been proven wrong. This track is made for any and every car to drift around in a neon haze of glory. Discuss.

Yes i agree. But i suppose im still on your craplist huh?

Well, I guess it's bad to have cars go around. Only real good for photos like Piotrov said. You can always just, I don't know, set the restrictions to "Karts" online? ;)

If I had the DLC yet I definitely would. I went in a room that raced nascars around the track. Pretty sure I got stuck in every corner. It was entertaining if nothing else, I guess.

A redbull doing 22 second laps is madness - try it! And a Ferrari F1 2007 isn't too shabby at 28 seconds :D

You have to try the Tank Car. Such fun. If you can get out of the pit lane though, as it gets stuck.

Its fun for slower cars in the 100-150HP range, I took the Prius Touring car around it earlier and it was pretty fun.

It's fun to drive light nimble cars on, but also fun to navigate hulking great wallowing monsters around it too.
Got an old pontiac gto that body rolls a lot, great fun on the kart track. The challenge is to go quickly, going sideways is too easy.

I did about 5 laps with the Edge Camaro. Some of the most silly fun I've had in the game in a long time, and the sheer chaos that would be involved really makes me want to try it online. It seems like it would be a fantastic time so long as you didn't take it that seriously.

Kart space II (the simple layout) is my new favorite track for cars, and I'm not a drifter or anything. Kart space I has a few too many sharp turns for cars, try out kart space II if you havent already.

I had a really fun stock muscle car race there a few nights ago. Anthing around 300-470 PP with comfort or sport tires is fun.

If anything I think I'll run many more laps here with cars than with my karts.

Guys, you need to try out the Lancia Delta S4, lower it and change the 4WD to 10:90%.

EDIT: Oh and on Kart Space I. :D

Tried the Reverse I version in an online shuffle race (I never knew there were Reverse versions till I drove this ), got a Peugeot 205 Turbo 16. The car was perfect, one of the best drives I have had in the game thus far.

4WD does help on Kart Space, FYI.

I had a go at it with the RM Capuccino and loved it! It's a good, fun track for lightweight underpowered cars.

Try the subaru impreza rally car (the premium one), tune it up to its max, put racing softs on the front and racing hards on the back. Now drive it on kart space 1. Some of the best fun I have had on gt5.

I kinda like them with cars. Feels like an autoslalom but with elevation changes. I'm happy we have the option now.

I took a stock Ferrari F40 on it last night it was awesome, Easily the most fun I've had in GT5, Sadly makes the rest of the game seem a little bland and boring.

My initial response when taking the Miata TC (226 hp) with Comfort Softs/then Mediums was that some people might think this is a bad track for cars, which is why cars weren't allowed on there in the first place.

Like some others said, this track is perfect for drifting and driving on with Racing Soft tires. Give it a real chance and learn how to abuse this track with your cars.

I usually do. I guess I just didn't realize I was double posting. Sorry.

EDIT: You guys are all freaks. In a good way :sly:

I guess I'm alone on this one, as I hate drifting and the track really doesn't allow you to open up a car's engine at all. To be fair I've only tried the short track, though. I didn't know there were other versions out there.

EDIT 2: Notice how I didn't double post? :D

I want my cookie...

how do you hate that? it's great fun, awesome for drifting, taking photos, many colors, it's just beautiful

I don't hate the track. I hate going first gear around a circuit my car doesn't fit on. But like I said I only tried the short version.

The initial decision was a poor one. Very poor in fact. There was no reason for it, and it carried no benefits. If people want to drive a car on a track, they should be able to. It's up to you to avoid rooms you don't like.

I hate RS tires, SRF, light damage, penalties, and a few other things. What right do I have to ban those things outside of my own room?
