ImageReady3 users, i need help

I am wanting to make an avatar. Does anybody use ImageReady 3 to make their avatars? I want to make one like this one that changes between different pics of cars and the name thing but I dont know how:

Unfortunately, I'm out of the avatar business. Sorry bro! But if you supply the alternative images, I'm sure one of the other guys here will whip something up real quick for you.

Oh ok. Well you see I wanna try and make one myself I just dont know what to do or whatever. Ya know what I mean?

I can try............I made my Avatar after all........give me clear in structions and the original image/s.

By the way I don't have Photoshop 6 I have Photoshop 4 which doesn't come with Image Ready
