Those Duel Minis are pretty nice. Not feeling the GT3 RS inspired front or M3 inspired rear kits though.
It's 911 pretty much all the way around. Pretty cheesy if you ask me...

What I hate is the fact is they shoot themselves in the foot by not making them as driveable (quickly) as the M3s.
The M3 is a pretty pure sports car when it wants to be. The AMG isn't.

The hell kind of tires are those?

Small. They barely look like 185s.

I'm guessing those are 17s so it seems the smallest size they could be would be a 205/45/17. Still pretty small. They should have tried something more aggressive. Looking on tirerack it looks like a 245/40/17 is available...

The M3 is a sports coupe and the C63 is a sedan. Theirs 2 totally different worlds being compared here.
Yes, apparently. The AMG is for people who want a practical fast car. Believe it or not the average person could careless how a car handles on a track. Mercedes knows 90% of its consumers won't go anywhere near or could probably careless about a road course. Its not like Daimler AG can't create a track car which they have several, though some are actual super cars which BMW has none. At the end of the day they're both German marques and rule the world together...

Definitely. Either way, Bridgestone should sell the RE-11S here. People do use R-comps in the States, Bridgestone.Maybe its just me being insane but I think there is something sexy about stuffing the biggest tire available under a car.

The car goes between here and D.C. area. I have no idea what D.C.'s like, but apparently not friendly to tuners. Why would they care? It's not illegal in your state, is it?
And how on earth do you invest $60,000 into a Sentra?
Keep in mind DSM's have a much larger base for tuning, and it's all been done before with a DSM. It's like the AWD Mustang. When he got this new, he started early when the Q series four-cylinder was just starting a tuning base.Perfect BallanceEDIT: I've seen some DSMs with about 25-30k invested in them, and they had over 500hp (built to hold 900, the 500+ was at 30psi and limited by the turbo itself.) with full wilwood brakes and ssr wheels, stripped interior with seats and foam filled chassis.
How do you spend 60k?
EDIT #2: Or if you want to stick with Nissan, you can almost buy a GT-R for that much.
As far as the 60k number thrown around, keep in mind that that includes the price of the car new (over 20k when financing) and it's been given the other near 40k in dribs and drabs, not a one shot deal; he's been building this for the last 6 years. Also, remember it's not all about power. He has the rims, tires, sound system, PPG White Pearlescent Paint, whatever NISMO interior bits that aren't carbon, BRIDE racing seats (not pictured), other carbon exterior bits, the six-speed transmission, clutch, flywheel, time and labour, and more forged internal pieces to handle the power it does make. Is it a lot? No, but it's manageable for a FWD car. Hell of a lot better than the claim of some 700hp EK hatch running around here..McLarenMust have missed that part. Jetboy., I think your buddy is yanking your chain man.

ah, the last one's too incohesive to NOT be a shopped. Looks like one of those tuner cars from a Grand Theft Auto game.

Good spot. I figured it was, but, eh, it was worth the try.It is chopped indeed. You can see the marks from the brush all over the fenders and the hood.

Joey, I like all the Minis, keep em coming. You are gradually turning me towards them

They really aren't that expensive. You did purchase a 20k car right?I really want BBS's for my Cooper, even if I would have to sell body parts to afford them.

I think your want for them < The price of them.
