That Jumbuck is awesome. I'd forgotten that the Jumbuck was essentially a Persona/Wira, which was essentially a Lancer, which had the same shell as the Evo I/II/III. I would have kept the bodywork standard and put some wheel trims over the alloys, for maximum traffic light amusement.

Those wheels look terrible IMO. They just look, well, cheap. Like when you see some car on pacer wheels or something.

EDIT: I want to know what muffler that is. I like the look of the N1 style can, but unfortunately for my car with 3 inch piping they only seem to come in 4+ inch tips. Do not want.

You mean there was more than one MR2 Group S prototype?

yup. One with longitudinally mounted engine, and one with transversely mounted engine. Try to remember that these beasts were originally intended for group B which had more liberal regulations. and powered by nothing else than legendary 503E, which represented the most powerful 4 cylinders in competition history developing over 1000HP in qualifying tune, 800HP for sprint races, and 600 for endurance events. And this in AWD MR2 chassis..

You might have forgotten the BMW M12/13 that powered the Brabham F1 cars in the early 80s... 1300hp in qualifiying trim at 5.5bar of boost, out of a 1.5l 4 cylinder.

Yes... 5.5bar. That's 79psi. I don't get it either.

Indeed most of the 1.5 turbo F1 cars in that era made that sort of power in qualifying trim.
