I liked it...

About the BMW with the burnt wheels, were they just so super-duper awesome one-offs that they just couldn't make a new set? Or was it a principle thing?

No, they were just some wheels Mike Burroughs had in his garage when it burned down.

Apparently they were "ruined" (dirty) from the fire, and this guy restored them by hand.

Well HREs are very expensive.

Not to mention the 18" RS' that were burned in the fire and restored, and then triple chromed again

Despite it all, the white S2000 is cool, and my pic of the 240sx is boss

Hahahahaha this is absurd, who does that to his car???:yuck:

This though, is awesome

I'd rock the blue car, without the mudflaps...kind of out of place for an S2000.

And that particular model hasn't been made for quite some time now. They're older and rarer then a modern HRE wheel, and that says a lot.

Why does anyone do anything to their cars in the first place? Because they want to and have the means to. :dunce:

That's the first I've seen of that S200's engine bay, damn. I can't believe how clean that thing is, I wish my car looked like that . I'm still not feeling the wheels on it, they aren't bad wheels by any means but I just don't think their style fits with a S2000.

The wheels are really the only bad thing on the car. They are completely out of place. As Matt said, they are being replaced.

It's a buddies car. We get it.

Still looks like crap. Still has 22inch (relatively speaking) chrome lambo dubs on it. Still looks like someone took a can of white paint to everything he could find.

Lets all go into the questionable mods thread a raise hell about people's right to do things to their car, right?

Also, his lip fits bad and the vent covers are missing from the bumper.

eSZee

Removing the things that look bad on that car would leave you with a stock car with a turbo slapped on it.

The blue s2000 has some wonky panel gaps. Not professionally done? The fender doesn't mean the door, windscreen, hood, nor front bumper properly. I hate ill-fitting body panels, really detracts from the 'cleaness' of the whole look.

Some local VW's.. sorry for my horrible phototaking skills :P

You're defending the car.. But, whoever you're defending doesn't like driving his car, he should sell it, not make it look like a joke..

The fenders are aftermarket.

Lol I wouldn't say that, haha. I do have some more but they're scattered throughout the pictures. Check my flickr for anymore

JDM Yellow, yo!

Wait.

Do my eyes deceive me, or is that Audi a bit brown? Yellow headlights on a chocolate/poo brown car...man, I don't know about that one.

Fake, not 100% sure, burberry pattern for the interior? With so much money put into it, why not use the actual pattern?

Come to think of it, this thread should have a different name.
