There is no carbon kevlar. You can have a Carbon Fiber or Kevlar.
And as above- you can buy many different colors of Carbon Fiber...

Before we get on with the pictures, the two guys that were argueing about the viper and the RX-7 being alike, a page back, there is already a thread about this pictures and everyting about this, i would search it if i wasnt going in a second

o and speaking of pictures, i haven't see nany IS300/Altezza's on this thread lately

I'll just give you guys a heads up on the whole Carbon Fiber/Kevlar war you seemed to have had.

Carbon Fiber - a BLACK substance often made from compressed strings of carbon. Carbon is a black ONLY substance.

Kevlar - a dyable fabric with original structure never seen in the natural world, so it is a manufactured synthetic.

Carbon Kevlar - an on/off orientation of Carbon Fibers and Kevlar Fibers, used to give the coloring of Kevlar, which is more expensive, on Carbon Fiber products, which are cheaper.

Kevlar is a much more expensive weave to produce than Carbon Fiber, so using it sparingly in a Hood/trunk design is ingenius. Cheaper then buying Kevlar for the whole piece anyway.

Flat back is suposed to in right now, I was watching rides on TLC, and they painted a truck flat black, and they said the color was "mean", I do happen to like the look, it makes it look rugged but finished at the same time
