Are thoose the standard wheels but painted black? If not, what wheels are they.

Pretty sure they're either CE28Ns or the other multi-spoke wheel. not too sure the name on that one, but it's also available on the R34 (i just say that since the R34 can only have like 3 different sets, so it should be easy to find out)

Those wheels are Prodrive GC-010G rims, available on most Premium cars and all Standard cars with changeable wheels.
