Does anybody else really like this band. They are either one of my favorite bands or are my favorite band. I love Brandon's voice and love their music, too. Express your opinions please.
True, I think he meant the fact that the question was if anybody likes Incubus...so it would have been easier to post a poll instead of a thread. For future reference....
Incubus, they where much better before "Morning view". "Make yourself" is a classic album but I have gone off them in recent months. They've also gone steadily downhill whilst playing live.
You guys should try getting some of their early stuff like "Fungus Amungus" and "Enjoy Incubus" some truly fantastic songs on those EP's!!!!
P.s. Their best song is clearly Calgone from s.c.i.e.n.c.e.!
incubus WAS good...i can't say the same about their music now. maybe they're changing their style or experimenting with rhythms and modes and fusing it with ideas from other types of music. and maybe they are chilling out...but fungus amongus and science were the greatest albums. and ever since them the music has gone all rock/sold out.
by the way has anyone heard of "Stopuglynailfungus music on chillum"? it's a really really old incubus album, on tape, with some of their demo songs...ages ago when they weren't on a label. see if you can find it. the songs are good.
Controversy!!! Incubus are suing Sony!! They want to terminate their contract as they claim Sony have treated them like crap. They still have 4 albums left on the contract, however they are siting a law in the US that contracts can last no longer than 7 years. This is the same law Courtney Love on a case with against her record company with recently!
