I doubt that. You would have to be averaging 500 mph, which no in game car can do...

Thanks. It would have been a quicker time if a) I didn't wipe out twice, and b) I tuned the aerodynamics all the way to minimum (thus shaving 1-2 seconds per lap), but I found that even the smallest contact would make me wipe out hard (all aids were off).

Low aero made me spin alot with the X1 when I tried

Well he could have done the indy500 in arcade mode with no fuel/tire wear.

I also did the indy 500 in a X1 and it does take 2 hours or so.
