Hey...ALL the endurance races that alowed me to, I used the R92CP Race car!! But I did Infineon a little different...(but still with the R92CP race car)
Since my B-Spec driver seems to have trouble to get ahead, I do A-Spec for a while until I do 2 pit stops...On the 2nd pit stop I change to B-Spec...Because a human(me) is so much smarter and able to more things than an AI, I am able to get almost 4 laps ahead of second place...once I have a HUGE lead...I pit(when necessary) and change to B-Spec...this way you enjoy A-Spec AND B-Spec!!!!
 
Won this one just a few hours ago. Did it with my Bentley Speed 8 Race Car. The first hour I raced myself, took a 2 lap lead, then Malle Henkie took over for the next hour and a half, and I finished with 1 lap ahead of the Sauber Mercedes. In B-spec, put my driver at 4 (Increased Pace) and he never flew off the track. He stayed on track, but his laptimes weren't so good. About 1m26/27, while the Sauber Mercedes and R92CP did 1m24. I myself had a fastest time of 1m18.526s. With Push Hard, Henkie had 1m22 too, but he crashed too much of the track. Will this one do again, and then all in A-spec, with my Nissan R390 GT1 Race Car, my fave car. And will do it completely in A-spec with my Mazda 787B too.:)
 
I love infineon and im not american, the elevation changes whilst cornering are brilliant fun in any car 👍 you can really feel the suspension lifting in some cars shows off gt4's truely excellent physics system
 
I used the F1. Worked like a charm, he never went off the grass since he was set to 3. His skills are only like 5600 60/55/54. HE won by like 8 laps.
 
Stock ts020 with no driver aids and medium's back/soft front.

Raced the first hour and built a nice lead, then my retard co-driver lost the lead after the next hour. Took over for the final 45mins and won the race.

Fastest laptime using the above mentioned setup, 1:15'.

Pretty happy with that as with the medium's on the rear she just wanted to break-away coming over the crest into turn 2 and 4. Also had to short shift to third and power on gently through the two part hairpin (where the 2 different courses meet back up, at the end of the dragstrip), otherwise i got to inspect the wall to the right a hell of a lot closer than i wanted too. ;)
 
I suggest you should do the first 10-30 laps your self, then B-Spec the rest. Works good that way, because you can give your B-Spec some room to stuff up
 
Did this today in B Spec, failed first time due to my bad tyre selection at first & the damn Sauber Merc. Did it second time with Racing Med on front and Racing Hard on rear of my worn out 'stock' Minolta Toyota (wonder how far the HP will keep dropping even with constant oil changes) with no Sauber :sly:
 
I am so pissed at my B-Spec driver, on the last race in the 1000 Miles! championship, he hits a damn wall and gets stuck... Anyways, I saved up 3.5mil and bought the 787B, I switched between Racing Medium and Racing Hard tires during the race, I won by 50 seconds, those Super Hard tires really suck....

Either of the Pescarolos. The poor AI won't have a chance. B-Spec Bob drives the Sony "company cars" better than anything else in the game.
