I recently saved a new scape and noticed all my saved replays, race photos, and scape have all disappeared has anyone else had this problem?

I have heard of players losing a lot of liveries and others losing many cars from their garage, can you please check that you have cars in you garage ?. Did you happen to have a backup save game to a online storage or to a USB ?.

I don't know what mean when your say, I'm using a external hard drive is it a cloud problem, I use Playstation plus to save to a online storage or to a USB.

I have Playstation Plus I'm not using the Playstation hard drive I'm using another storage device 2TB I thought the game info got saved to the cloud.
I do this when I got PS plus, Go to PS4 main menu, select GT sport but don't start the game then press the Options button and the menu will pop up, then select Upload/Download Saved Data.

Yer I tried that didn't work I guess I've lost it all thanks any way.
Did you have a backup save to a online storage before you notice things that disappeared ?.

Not to my knowledge I thought it saved to the hard drive I only noticed it when I created a new scape and nothing was there so not happy.

So many people are randomly losing all their replays/cars etc.
PD needs to address this. It's not something we should have to worry about or go through.

I'm glad I'm not the only one I hope they fix it other than that I love the game.
The best way to do this is to save your game to a online storage daily or to a USB for backup, so if you notice there is something wrong or some things go missing you can go to your backup save.

Thanks for that I will do this I will copy from my hard drive onto my internal drive in the Playstation.
