Hi guys and gals,
This thread is tottally dedicated to all the Initial D games (Arcade Stage series [Coin-Op] đź‘Ť , Another Stage [GBA] :) , Special Stage [PS2] :cool: , and the P.O.S. Mountain Vengence [PC] :yuck: .

Here, you can introduce yourself, what car you are using, your battle level, etc. You can also discuss and share different techniques and acomplishments.

I'll give my profile in Initial D V-2. I've been playing since V-1, and considered "one of the most feared automatic-tranny driver" in Vegas. Well just to cut the story short, my profile in the game is racer lvl 30 and battle lvl 31, but I have'n seen my battle aura yet so, not to get excited yet. Well here are the my time trial stats (only the course that I play the most):

U drive an automatic HAH!I also drive a DC2 with the Mugen option and A STANDARD TRANSMISSION, the only ppl i c with automatic transmission are white ppl. I just started a new card. I'm only at 64000 points, cuz I dotn play that much.

This maybe a noob question. But what is the aura supposed to mean around the car?
 
I'm no white, I'm 100% Filipino.
I've using A/T way before Initial D, and I'm quite confortable with it. The only game that I use M/T was Daytona USA I (by Sega-AM2) [Coin-Op]. Even in Gran Turismo series, I still use A/T.

But on real-life, that a different story M/T is MANDATORY for me.
 
since this thread is new maybe ill start posting here. Have you guys got any news about v3 coming to the US? That is english version? Im hoping v3 eng comes to Sydney, Australia soon as i hope to transfer my GDB over, very bored of versing against DC2's, used to have one but got bored after getting green aura for it..

Precisley, since most Initial D games are composed by Stages (Battle Stage, Arcade Stage, Special Stage, etc.). So I've come up for something new. "Staging Area" means preparations/gathering between racers before or after races and vice-versa. :cool:

There is few right now at Southern California, but unfortunately there is none here in Las Vegas just yet.
Green aura looks boring after a while but when you get the orange aura, you will be very happy. BTW, do you keep on winning or losing?
 
So cali has already got eng v3? When i was trying to reach green aura i was more wary of who i would battle, i would vs ppl that i would have a high chance of winning. Not meaning to fish non auras but vs lvl 15 and up. After i got green aura i didnt really care if they could beat me as i felt i had already spent so much on the game, already got 300k on a evo5 for Japanese v3 :(

Please don't ask about it, as what I said before on my first thread, this is by far the worst Initial D game ever to surface this side of reality. BTW, there is another thread about this, Initial D Mountain Vengence for PC by THQ. :yuck:

We alrdy have V3 of Initial D in Markham canada. I think its english, dont kno didnt really take a good look at it. OMG that vengeance game is the worst. My friend got it , thinking it would be good. I saw it and it was so stupid. They dont even use the J-pop songs.I definately dont recommend getting it.
 
See what I mean, just the graphic wise, its compared with Test Drive 3 [PS1].

I wonder why Sega declined to make a PC version. :confused:
 
I played the Special Stage [PS2] one time at Game Land (somebody brought his modded PS2 along with the game), and I kinda like it despite its all written in Japanesse. I tried to practice the 'Real Myogi', 'Real Usui', and Saitama track (both ways, wet and dry). It was fun and all, but one thing that made my eyes popped open was on my Akina DH dry time was the fastest I've ever recorded in an Initial D game 2'46.5XX on a stock DC2. :eek: :confused: :crazy: :dunce:

well , im thinkin about getting initial d for the ps2 and kaido battle but i can't find the magic swapper
 
This is relatively on-topic, so I'll mention it.

Just this week, I had an option to buy the PC version, and let me say this, I haven't seen a crappier looking box for such a game, yet. Is it really that bad? I haven't purchased it, and was thinking I might try my online sources first, about it.
 
As what I said, Mountain Vengence is a piece s*** nonetheless, thats why its the only InD game thats worth rejecting for. :yuck:
