If you buy an Integra from the NCD and race modify it with no oil change it has 238BHP.
The one you win from the 430PP challenge has only 226BHP.
How can they produce a car that has 12BHP less than a brand new one?
After some more research it turns out that when you pay for racing modifications they do an oil change as part of the package.
When you win a race modified Integra it has not received an oil change.
Problem solved!
