ok so next season we are going to have no lexus and no 350z?
that leaves a gtr vs nsx championship? or is the supras allowed? wouldn't mind using a supra as long as its not going to be at a disadvantage.

I want to keep Laguna Seca and get rid of Le Sarthe. :D

But that's not going to happen of course.

No one said the Nismo Z was going. The Lexus cars will probably just not have any addons, leaving it completely stock. The Nismo Z will have ballast, everything else will stay the same :)

I've grown quite attached to my Raybrig NSX, but I really like the Calsonic GT-R too.

I still don't know what to use next season, i want to try out GTR, But I now i have some experience whit the NSX...

I've been using the NSX since March, but I fancy a shot at using the overpowered GT-R's :sly:

perfect, deffinately going to test the supra i think, raced with gtr too much now (even though i love it i need a change) and never really got on too much with the nsx. the 350z is far to extreme on tyres for my driving style in think, and I have absolutely no interest in driving a lexus.

if we can get full grid's next season though im all for a colab with the gaffers

I don't like to pull rank, but I'm afraid I can't let that happen :sly:

I would be interested in doing the last round, but it is depending on date and whether you are able to take me. As I would like to join next season.

I'm afraid signups are closed as of last week, although you're welcome to spectate if you wish.

The problem with the Lexus is that you can't tell if its using engine stage 3, so just allow stage 3 on all but no turbos and limit to around 530bhp!?

Doing an F1 style having to use hard tyres for a stint, say at least 33% of the race would be great too.

Maybe Z should be banned as they never raced together in real life, different era, more downforce, even stock it has ~15PP more than the others!

The car is so much faster with stage 3. It's kinda easy to tell isn't it?

Couldn't you let him race, but don't give him points until next season? Just a way to fill the grid more :)

And then it wont mess up the standings for any of us :)

But it could mess with the competitors on the tracks and slow us down etc..

Also you can tell if the Lexus has a stage 3 engine or not, right?
With the RPM indicator over 19000 revs?

Not with the Lexus.

I could, but he could ruin other people's attempts in the last two races. Not that I'm saying he will, it's just safer not to take the risk.

I'm thinking of using the Calsonic next season, but I have almost no miles on any other GT500 car, the Z has 700 miles more than nay other premium in my garage, including the X2010 that did the Indy500 :ouch:
The only way around is to do the seasonals to get more miles :scared: and earn millions of credits in the process 💡

I kinda got bored and made this...

Of course, wasn't thinking :)

Or set it to run in b-spec while your not at home or while you sleep :)

This is awesome, but we need a season 2 this as well ;)

Maybe like, 'Season 2' hanging off the right side cartoony style.

Is it possible to set it to automatically start new races when the current race ends?

EDIT: Added the Fuji video to the OP.

I don't think so, I guess you could just tape down the X button though.:sly:
Just run the Tsukuba 9 hour endurace overnight, that's what I sometimes do. :)

awesome :)

Driving a few laps obliged on the hard tyres gives the game more strategy yes.
Raising the horsepower eliminates the big differences between the cars, but hey for me it's all the same :)

I would like to see you drive the GTR Arkano, i think you would be faster...
Same weapons, no excuses :) that's why i proposed only gtr's

I think I might use either the Advan or the Yellowhat GTR next season, I've been using the NSX too much lol.

I'm gunna have to test the Calsonic extensively :(

EDIT: What's everyones opinion on heavy damage next season?

I'm all for it, it should mix up the field order a bit more. :)
Just make sure your TV won't turn itself off again or you'll spend half the race in the pits .

Nay from me. I don't want to get damaged because of somebody's mistake.

Same!

Also don't want to be responsible for ruining someone else's race!

We are all fairly clean and getting better with every race.

I think it's changing to much, we all love this championship the way it is, I think turning the driving line off would be something we should do. But change it to much, and we might not love it so much.

I think Joey got a point, it would mix up the field a bit, but imagine being hit hard in the first corner on Nurburgring24H.. By the time you have the chance to pit you probably been lapped. I for one would just park my car and go take a cold shower to cool down.

So I vote no to heavy damage.

EDIT: And I like to keep the car I'm using. I just love the Xanavi GT-R, I even have one ready with stage3 if we are going to change to that :)

Alright, looks like we'll be keeping light damage, standing starts and getting rid of the driving line for next season.

In regards to the obligatory stint on hard tyres, would it not be better to use medium tyres? Although personally, I think that if we force a hard/medium tyre stint then the races should be longer but that's just me.

Pretty sure that I'm going to end up using the Calsonic GT-R next season, so I'm reserving one of those :p Now me and GP can be on a level playing field ;)
