For the oval side definitely the C class trucks, for the road side the HPDs have always a big field on the Proto/GT series, The Skippy and Star Mazda are pretty strong the Grand Touring Cup always have decent sized fields and so does the Mustang. Out of those I think the HPD takes the prize.

Maxitsu
Which serie has the biggest grid in iracing?

Jav summed it up.

Skippy has the strongest I would think. Also their is a lot of help in those forums. Too bad the car is difficult to drive.

I just started my iRacing career and I'm very annoyed at the amount of idiot drivers that have total lack of courtesy for other drivers on the track, escpecially in oval racing.

I have experienced on numerous occasions a driver will lose control or crash and because they have made a mistake, they have then decided to take me or other drivers out on the way past whilst trying to avoid them, or i'll get rear
ended on purpose by another driver just so they can get passed me.

Even when the race has ended people are crashing into and hitting other drivers for no reason at all but to be complete wankers.

How is a bloke supposed to increase their saftey rating when there's idiots like this om the track?

I cannot wait to get my first promotion and get the hell out of rookie class so I can race with some decent and clean racers.

Just my two cents worth......:)

^ We've all been there, you'll still find a lot of idiots in the higher license level races, but there are a lot less than in rookie. Good luck 👍

Welcome to the service Cliffo! As Mac already mentioned, we've all been there and we all know how frustrating it can be. My advice to you would be to stay away from the pack, specially on the street stocks. Your goal as a Rookie should always be to first and foremost get out of Rookie and not to win races.
How to achieve this? Just put competition aside for a week or two and start from the pits, avoid any type of wheel to wheel/door to door situation. Drive at eight tenths and avoid incidents, it might get boring but it'll get you out of Rookie in a week and with a lot of +iRating guaranteed!

I just gained 71 championship points in the Inracing News Challenge (Solstice). I had 445 prior to winning my last race, so I should now have 516, but for some reason I only have 475. Any idea why? I can't figure it out.. The reason I'm asking is I'm in a battle for first right now in the Rookie division with someone else, so every point counts.

How many races have you done this week in that series? Just that one?

I have to say Dega isn't terrible hard but there sure is a lot of people who can't be pushed or follow a line. First time I raced it was this am, and lost by .003 in first race and finished 2nd in next race.

I take part in the Inracing News Challenge but whit the MX5. I am leading my division(6) whit 600+ points. For what its worht.

When i started this week on Summit point i got one terrible race were i actually knocked someone out and got some mistakes. After that i had some ugly Irating drops when i got taken by some rookies.

However last races i did were so fun, clean fast drivers battle for the top 5 whitout any contact. It's awesome. I could stop racing becaus i got enough champ points. But i am so in the mood after the last races. To bad the races are to short.

Radical season schedule is changed! Now there's races every hour and every day, now what do I pick...

Star Mazda Season
Radical Season

Is anyone running the Dega 500 this weekend or have a setup that's decent for the Impala?

I'm still learning how to push and stay cool, it's hard sometimes to keep your right side out to catch air when you can't move up or your partner keeps riding higher than you!

^ How? Can you say blind spot?

I really like the idea of running the Radical though, and that new schedule change makes it even more tempting.

The championship counts the best 8 out of 12 races. So one of your prior races with a lower score was erased from your total score. We are now on week 10 and it will happen to everyone who completed 8 rounds.

We're past the 8th week so your score will only show the sum of your best 8 weeks.

Not the greatest pic I've ever taken (learning a brand new camera) but I'll get some better ones tomorrow and Sunday. This is our favorite local celebrity Kamuifanboy today during free practice at Suzuka.
