Going through this ordeal right now. I signed up this morning for iRacing, and I used the wifes pay-pal account. So as of right now I am running under her name. I sent a email to support to see if they can change it. I couldnt find any other way to do it.

Thanks Rudi, I dont have much time to play this weekend anyway, and will probably just use the "test session" for most access this weekend anyway. If its still messed up Monday after I get home from work, then I will call them.

Does anyone here who plays iRacing have a PC headset? Because Trans Tasman Racing has a 10 slot Teamspeak 3 server that I just have open to the public at the moment. So if anyone is interested in using it to organise races and stuff like that feel free join it. I know iRacing has ingame chat but it is great using TS3 in my opinion.

180 minute practice session begins @ 4 PM GMT

LMAO, that was the funniest night last night.... V8 Supercars at Charlotte were awesome fun. We need to do that again with longer final drive ratios.

I succeed to install new Mobo and CPU with all my old components, to a new Antec three-hundred, and then Windows 7 too!

I'm officially real nerd now.


Ofcourse after everything seemed ok, I downloaded 3dMark06 and stressed my rig. Old PC was littlebit over 11 000... new setup, 17 900!

Cant wait to pick it to home and see all new candies which I can check on now...

On a lighter note, this was a race between Corey (Cozmo858) and myself in the V8 Supercar at Mid-Ohio. In this particular 25 lap race, he was no more than 1 second behind ALL race. Quite an amazing race. Here is the final lap.

I actually spectated that race with you and Corey Mad
I was trying to get into an official race in another series and couldn't find one.
That was awesome stuff I only saw the last 15 laps, but like you said, it was really close between you two. And you could tell that the tires were really falling off as the race wore on. I've only run a couple of V8 races, but the tires did seem to fall off pretty badly, I imagine it'd be much worse when your racing somebody for the win

Yer it was a hard race, went to quick 25 laps at Mid Ohio, spent all 25 trying to get past.

On the flip side in the next race we did the exact same thing but i managed to get him at turn 2 lap 1 then holding him behind all race.

Yeah, it was fantastic. We did two races that day, the first one I held the lead the whole way and as Corey said the 2nd he got the lead at turn 2 and led the whole way. Great racing that night between you and myself.

Carl, as you probably figured Corey and I talk to each other a bit so we were on ventrilo together chatting the whole race and laughing and doing the whole "Whoa! that was close" type talk when we made mistakes. Great fun.

I got it all set up, however for some reason my wheel is messed up, it shows I'm turning it in the opposite direction. Any ideas?

Edit: Also, what's the difference between the "Rookie" cars and the normal ones?
