iriver firmware

i just updated to the korean firmware on my iriver H320 so i can play video files. but when i look on my iriver i cant see the video's i put on there. i found instructions for conversions but they make no sense. can anyone here help me?

Sorry to bring this back but have you tried ROCKbox? It's an open source firmware and it totally beats the standard FW. Their even planning support for iPods once they have a working bootloader.
