is AC coming to consoles?

I tried doing a quick google search but I wasn't able to uncover anything. So, for the people who have been driving AC, is there any news of it coming for PS4/Xbox One?

If I remember correctly, but don't quote me on it. Kunos once said there's a possibility that it will come to the PS4.
But only if it's successful enough on PC and if some other things happen.

It's definitely a PC only title for now.
