The F40 can be won from the La Festa... something B-Spec Event. It's not a Seasonal.

So it's not in the NCD? You have to do the B-Spec Race. That's a shame because I'm not skilled enough to be any good at B-Spec Racing.

All ferraris can be bought from the dealership.

Calico already said that all Ferraris can be bought at any time in the NCD.

And you really don't need skill for B-Spec racing. All you need to do is buy a Ferrari, tune it all the way up, put your driver in it, and let him drive.
