People claim it's really good, so, is it worth paying real money for it? The price isn't much, like half a meal at McDonald's haha. But still, wouldn't wanna pay for something that I can get for free from another car in the game.

Thanks!

The R35 TC comes bundled in the Race Car DLC. If you are talking about something like one of the DLC Nissan GT-R N24 things, they aren't that good.

Definitely buy it if you can afford to waste a couple of dollars on a video game. One of my favorite cars in the game and definitely my favorite "race" car.

Thanks guys, I'll buy it =)

I don't own one at the moment, but I probably will purchase another one. Just because I do like GT-Rs that are worth using. They are excellent for circuit racing, and are VERY good at drag racing.

900+ horsepower and all-wheel-drive. What else can you ask for?

This is an awesome car if you can get it, do so! thing is, put racing softs on not just this, but practically the entire TC DLC cars. They handle much better then.
Anyway, if you can get it, get it

This thing handles just fine on Racing Hard tires. Racing Softs have too much grip for the stock R35 TC. When you're pushing 900+ HP, then I can see your reasoning. But when you leave it stock, 520 HP on Racing Hards is more than enough.

Great ride for the 24 hours of the Ring. Handles great in the rain which makes it a much more pleasant experience.

AWD and HP to match the Prototypes means you will do better in the rain. The prototypes will have problems in the rain, since AIs have very bad programming for LMPs and driving in the rain in any car.

It's a racemod sold as a touring car DLC. If you can get over that fact, then sure why not! ;)

I'm glad the race pack came with the XL Version because I'm not sure if I would have bought it for that reason alone. The race pack cars are nice but it seems kind of odd to charge for something that should have been in the game in the first place.

Then again I've spent more on worse DLC for other games.:indiff:

I preferred the Honda Weider HSV-010 Super GT as a DLC purchase but this ain't a bad one to have either.

But the HSV can't keep up with the R35 TC. Totally different class of racecars (although I don't know what series would allow an AWD GT-R these days. I know GT500 used to allow AWD cars like the Calsonic Skyline)

It's not just an R-35 Nissan. It's also R-34,R-32 Skyline. It's an Evo,WRX(i think),Mazda RX7,MX-5,and more.

The pack Includes:
R32 TC
R33 TC
R34 TC
R35 TC
Impreza TC (generation after Bug eyes)
Lancer Evo X TC
Prius TC, the only prius worth driving or owning
MX-5 TC
RX-7 FD TC
CR-Z TC
and finally
Challenger TC
along with Racing Karts Jr., 100, and 125.
I haven't really played with any of the GT-R's, Kinda lost interest in them because EVERYONE thinks they are so cool. I'd rather have a Z32, Z33 or Z34 TC over the the GT-R's anyday but the CR-Z and MX-5 TC come in handy. Really if your just starting out they're all helpfull to some extent.

and X2011 in this DLC

Worth buying for all the TCs. Mostly great, fun drives. I use the R34 and RX7 most. R35 comes in handy sometimes, but verges on the improbable for me.

the only bad thing about the GT-R R35 TC is the sound...
but nontheless, ecery car in that package is worth driving it!!!

Well that's probably true, but for my preference I just like the Weider more because it's a real car. The R35 TC is PD's fantasy, which explains the performance difference. :)

That R35 GT-R TC wasn't the cause why I bought the Racing Car Pack. The causes were FD, NA, R32 and especially R33. :) I think there are other cars that worth buying. That's my answer.

If you mean the '93 Calsonic Skyline racecar we have ingame that was pre GT500 JGTC when they used Group A rules.
