IS GT4 HDloader/HDAdvance combatible?

If you back it up on to two discs, Load it one disc at a time, Patch it, You can get it on the HD but it want load because of Sony New security feature which hasn't been Cra*cked yet! No way he did it so soon, It does not work, Yet!!!
 
anybody get it working yet? I'm getting quite exhausted from all the loading in-between each and every menu...somebody should do a 'how-to' once its cracked...

yeah the gamefaqs guy is completly BS'ing read here http://ps2-scene.org/forums/showthread.php?t=33259 they are the ppl that would be able to do it but they haven't gotten it yet
 
Ya i just tried it with hd loader and tried all the modes and it doesnt work, i loaded it to the hd with dvd decrypter. The image is a bit over 5 gigs.
Oh well, my track just loaded when i was typing this... gotta go :D

"tried all the modes and it doesn't work" - how does that sound misleading? I read him as confirming what is known - it doesn't work.
 
Your confused, It seems that he's got it to work when in reality he didn't!
 
I think he said he tranferred it with dvd decryptor THEN tried using HD Loader to launch it...none of the modes worked for him.

So he claims he's got it working, but I don't think it's true. 👎
 
ok, this is annoying....

if he was waiting for the race track to load...this implies that he is NOT using HD loader

If you are using HD Loader, there is no waiting.

It doesn't work yet, somebody would have posted that it does and others would have confirmed it.

nobody is trying to pirate...

everyone just wants to get their legit copy running faster...hd advance/loader is not meant for pirating...
 
uh huh...right. I can go through this entire thread and find you at least 10 people who have the intent to download the game and not buy it.

The game already runs pretty quick as it is, it's the fastest loading game I've seen from DVD considering all it loads. Would you not agree? HDLoader will not be much faster, especially since the game is optimized to load off of the disc. It's a waste of time,

Myself and 5 other personal friends all own HDloader and always buy our games. With HDloader there is no need to swap discs and loading is MUCH faster on EVERY game. Prologue was fast on the DVD but almost twice as fast on HDloader. HDloader also saves the cd-drive from wearing out which I have had to replace the lense once before I got HDloader. And no GT4 is not one of the fastest loading games, all games are optimized to run off the DVD and guess what, that same optimization translates over ot the HDdrive.

Wrong again.
