Is GTPremuim worth buying?

I voted yes. This site is so much more than just a gaming site, it's a community and any support is minimal compared to what I would get out of it. Why in this thread alone there is enough entertainment to give me a chuckle for the afternoon.....

 
Premium is worth it to go advert-free, be able to lock and unlock your own threads, keep more PMs, get a bigger avatar and support the continuation of this site. 👍
If all you want is the ability to post one word or one line junk and
spammy.gif
in the Premium "Conversation" thread, then please don't bother. 👎 You'll just be paying to postwhore, which has no value. ;)

Sounds like a good investment then. But what exactly is, 'postwhoring'?
 
Posting completely inane and overall just stupid things just for the sake of posting.
 
The only things i like about premium is more PM space and bigger avatar.
Don't see any adverts and i don't see a reason why i should close my own threads.

The premium forum isn't really a bonus either, i rarely post in it as of late. The general chat thread is nothing more than a msn conversation.

Does GT Premium also allow the user to post a personal picture of him/herself as well? I can't confirm myself, having not bought a subscription, and I only notice it for Premium members, but I may be wrong.
