I will do both!

KAZ mentions he will only put it in if it is perfect with the game.. WTF! I understand they cant do percet rain, but in game day and night cycle is that hard to make? and what is wrong with it not being in the game.. I hate doing 24 h events with sun at same position!

You're not going to do both. You're gonna do one or the other.

And so will I.

I check every day and every time there is an update it's like Chrismas :P

You think this latest update regarding the "GT PSP Seca" commercial is like Christmas...

Still, it's nice to see there are plenty of people around who agree that the thread title is a complete waste of space, as is the thread to be honest.

I say Yes, but sometime I'm just feeling WTF when I don't see any related news about GT5 after without checking for 4 days or so.

I get pretty darn excited with news updates. How could you not? Why are people posting no? :(

Well, I use Google Reader for the RSS updates for the news section. I LOVE it when it shows new unread posts from the front page.

My heart doesn't jump, but I do get a little excited if the title of the news article has even the slightest hint at something I would love.

I don't think it's necessary for every thread to be productive and provide new information or something like that. Sometimes it's good with threads like this one. Of course my post wasn't 100% true but I must say that it is exciting when there is an update on the state of GT5.

I actually get a bit annoyed about things like that behind the scenes of the US GTPSP TV Commercial and Laguna Seca.. seriously who cares about that? Just give us GT5 news!!! lol

I said only a little cause not much good info has been out lately. But when some does come out I will probably have to change my boxers!

I hate to say it... but im the same way with PSP news. Its like PD knows full well we are dying here for just a little news... anything... but its clear the PSP version is going full steam ahead.

The only thing that makes me feel good, is to know that the GT5 coverage/commercials are going to be even more over the top..

So.. yeah.

I spend a lot of time working on the blog, and it's nice to know that some people enjoy watching it as a quick summary of the latest GT news. Thank you, guys, for the feedback.

It really does annoy you? I try to keep a backlog of "less urgent" GT-related stories to keep things fresh and interesting during more quiet periods. Given the narrow scope of the site, I'm always a bit perplexed by these complaints - the alternative, of course, is to only have a few single updates each month.

Don't pay attention to them Jordan. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Yeah, I agree. I personally love having these news, even if it isn't about GT5, it is about the car world, and that's one of the main reasons why I come to this site, to talk cars :sly:

And, how can someone complain watching the Behind the scenes video? Ford GT+BMW M5 (I think)+ZR1+GT-R+ Laguna Seca = Heaven! :dopey:

I thought the making of the PSP commercial was great, and it was obviously a good choice for the NEWS section.

As a free website, maybe some should remember Beggers shouldnt be Choosers.

I said no, but I wouldn't call anyone a nerd.

Honestly I think the official news on the main page is fine, whatever it is. I just constantly check the twitter for updates really, not so much the main gtplanet page though.

I chose 'only a little', because I'm used to seeing a new article and scrolling down only to find out that Kaz has done a hot lap in a new car.

That news certainly qualifies, but I can't be bothered to read or be interested in it.

It's all about the forums, you get news hours even days in advance of the News section.

Well, when it was E3/GC/TGS I did got a little excited.

Well my heart sure skipped a beat this morning when I checked in here at :gtpflag:

I voted for no, because there are only two things which can make my heart jump : Porsches in GT5 or a antecipated release.....but we know that these things are not going to happen.

BTW, Jordan keep up with the good work, obviously a GTPSP commercial doesn't add nothing to our enthusiasm, but it represents what GT means, how big is our passion for the real driving simulator, then is always good to see some news, no matter what kind of news, because it's there where you can spend five minutes of your day at work, reading about something that you really like...100% approved Jordan! 👍

My vote: Only a little...

Since the news page comes up when I come here, I usually steal a quick glance at the new entry and give a "meh" and continue onto the forums to check what cars are being polled at the Cool Wall and just look around. I don't really hang around the GT5 portion of the forums. If there is an entry that somewhat grabs my attention, I read the first part of the article on the page (never read the entire article), get the gist of the information, and continue onto the forums to check...blah,blah,blah.

If I came here and saw that GTPlanet was featured in the credits to GT5, that would definitely grab my interest. (Kinda like what happened to TMAlliance when Twisted Metal Black came out) Unfortunately, what I just said will more than likely not happen...

...But there's always the possibility...

Anyway, I appreciate Jordan's time and hard work into keeping us posted on the new info.

I'm a bit of a news-section whore. Even when it's nothing breaking it's still interesting to read anyway.

Keep up the good work, Jordan.
