I figured, just a waste i have a 50 million CR garage with 1100 cars im sure somebody would want . I backed up the save to flash, but ps3 is sold.

The EULA is a legally binding contract that is considered agreed to by use of the product. So if the EULA says you can't transfer data to another user then it be considered an illegal act. But Eula punishment is generally pretty minor suspension of PSN account from GT6. Not like you would get fined or tossed in jail.
