is it possible to play online with gt4 on ps3?

help, i just bought gran turismo 4 today and i'm playing on ps3, is it possible to play this ps2 game on the ps3?

This is posted in the wrong section I believe, and has been answered on these forums a few times if I remember. I'm guessing you're a new member(my title says new, but I've been a member since gt3) I believe the answer to be no, but since I haven't bought a ps3( NO GRAN TURISMO NO 500 DOLLARS SONY!) I guess we will have to wait for a mod to come move this/answer it

Technically given the right settings you can set up your own WAN system to hook other ps2/ps3's together but it would require a VPN style setup on your router so that all the other machines will show up on the network... i don't know how the performance will be due to the fact that it was not designed to run at under 100mb/s
