Yes but not if you want to play online.
Just delete the game data utility and that will get you back to the game in original patch free shape. Then when you start it up it will download all the patches in order. Just cancel after you get the last one you want.

Shouldn't do any harm but back up the save just in case you delete the wrong file or something goes wrong.

You can't go from 1.11 to 1.10, you can only go back to the original version you got on the disc.
