Time trials.
If you haven't done them already that is. Lots of Cr. without rotating the UCD.

Remote racing. Brings in Cr. without rotating UCD. (might take some time to get 8m Cr.)

The Ferrari F1 seasonal brings in 4m + pr race with a little effort.
(Eiffel, F10, 119/164 aero, 720kg, 60% power, close gearing, suspension/diff/brakes default, SRF on).
(Eiffel, F10, 125/175 aero, 700kg, 63,5% power, a little easier to catch the leader, you need 3 races though).

If none of these are options, trade for a 1970 ticket and grind out that sucker.

I have started collecting duplicate cars and I have an extra Ferrari F1, or an extra 2J for that matter so if you need to borrow it sometime, send me a friend request.

You can earn well over 2m per race in the Ferrari Formula Seasonals, the Eifel race or whatever one is on the far right. Gotta have the 200% increase and detune your F2007 to around 450 horsepower -- yes it's a severe detune but that's how you get the huge differential bonus. Clean driving and good drafting will give you an easy win. One time I got 2,200,000 credits and beat 2nd place by 15+ seconds.

The best way I get money is the 650 pp seasonals on the nurburgring, i use the 98 mc larean f1 race car gives 1 million every time.

Just tried the ferrari seasonal Indy with a detuned f2007. 2.3milion with a 130% bonus. Ahead by 5 sec which means less pp is possible. Ring and eifel can give more but are technically challenging.
2 such race with 200% bonus and you could have got the extra 5 million you need. I guess it's too late now.

Edit: I'm ok now, I got just under 3m on the F1 seasonal even with the 170 bonus, will do the GTA TT tomorrow and then a couple of races with the F1 and I will get it!
