My Viper GTS '13 had 1300 HP, then I performed an oil change and its HP dropped to 1087.
Have you had this kind of experience happen to you?

Or perhaps some cars' HP have been tweaked via patches, and the shown HP is only changed after performing a modification on the car? So as long as it sits in my garage, the current HP won't change?

I've seen several posts about HP numbers dropping recently. The Viper and Nova are two of them I've heard of. I think it was patched.
