Should this not be in the drifting forum then?

For the angle it was nice. It had good balance between angle and speed, evidence of the line you took. It would be a realistic race drift on one hand, but in drifting it would probly be judged as lackluster.

hmm, i didn't even notice the driving aids. I must be slipping.

Oh hey luft, you're in oakland? I'm in richmond. coolness.

Driving aids aside, the drift looks cool except for that camera.

I hate that shot. -.-

 You're a f'ing nut drifting at La Sarthe man! Niiiiice.

What car was that? I can't tell from camera angle.

First of all, i don't think that was a drift. it looked more like a powerslide to me.

second of all, i think these kind of videos can be posted either here or in the vids forum because here, you can get discussion.

No, it was a drift, you don't powerslide going into a turn.

Shocking view.. we can't really tell you much with a view like that..

Countersteer:- I have no idea... all i know is you snap oversteer at the exit from jerking your countersteer back to normal. Which made it look scrappy.
Line:-.. Yeah good line i suppose.
Speed:- Good speed, you made it through the corner/corners
General:- I have no idea... ill say it was GOOD

luftrofl

I can see why he feels it's more of a powerslide than a drift. There's no real rotation in the car, it just goes to an immediate angle, and then you get snap-back at the exit into understeer.

THE ASM oversteer was on 0
THE ASM understeer was on 0
THE TCSC was on 1

car was the jenson insptor III

I think that was a feint drift

It would have been, if he wouldn't have hit the wall first...

The exit is the real problem... You should have stayed on the throttle a bit longer, and dialed out some countersteer (not letting it go back to center) to help keep you in the drift...

;)

looks like a power over drift.......it wouldve been better if you didnt cut through the apex..
