Yes, it certainly looks like the same pic, but as Cosmic says, it has a different slogan to this one

Edit: actually there are quite a few differences, like the size of the text, the position of the Gran Turismo logo, maybe its a mock up, but its pretty close.

Also wasnt the logo blackand gray at TGS, much like in the video intro with the revolving tyre.

PAL and NTSC have differents covers. Just look at under the PS logo there it says [PAL]/[NTSC].Then you can compare it with the covers.

Nope, just different regions. Remember, Japan and North American are different regions: NTSC-J and NTSC-U/C
