I turned on PS3 and found out a mail to forward it to everyone in my friends list, in exchange for $50 PSN credits. The (supposed) code is I8PH-CIBD-RK2H.

Is this legitimate?

No, it's SPAM... I think the best thing you can do is to simply report the user who sent it, and the delete the message. 👍

If you already have the code why would you need to forward the message to all your friends? But like said above, it is spam and a sure way to frustrate everyone on your friends list.
