Is this another mass outage?

I have been receiving Error Code AF-030320 for the last hours or so. I was playing and suddenly ut put me in offline mode. I restarted router, system, and game. I safe mode cleared cache, and rebuilt the database. According to other posts, this happened in August with a different AF code and at least once before in September of '22.
I was just curious if anyone else is dealing with it, or if this is specific to me before i go any further with trying to fix it.

I was playing some psvr2 single player and I got booted offline watching a replay. Internet is fine but in offline mode in GT7

Experiencing the same issue in UK the same error code appearing AF - 030320.

I sure hope PD are working on an offline mode for Spec 3. This is all the more reason for this game to have an offline mode.

I imagine offline mode will come when the servers are offline entirely unfortunately

Not to mention a bit boring to cheat online when not many people are using Sport Mode. Also, when pretty much only one class of car are being used for Sport Mode tournaments.
 
This is what happens when we don't get a update every month, the servers flake out

In my case, Tidal is also down.
