Is this legitimate?

I was asked by a freind of mine to hit this site up. It will apparently provide the user with quick funds. I hate getting myself into corners if this is a scheme, so if someone could please check it out and tell me whats going on. And if the site is a scheme, what other sites should people look out for? this could be an opportuinity to warn other GTP members about possible bad decisions.

I would say that anything with a "z" instead of an "s" is pretty non-legit.

Not legitimate. Never trust anything like this. There are about a million identical sites to this online, and they even advertise in newspapers.
